CPAA Launches Social Media Campaign for Sufficient Staffing

CPAA has gotten a verbal commitment from our Mayor-Elect, Lori Lightfoot, to increase overall staffing in your schools (see video below).

However, we know that powerful groups often apply pressure to elected officials to abandon support for investments in public schools. So we have to build public support to strengthen political resolve for getting our schools sufficiently staffed. One step in building public support is to spread the message, so we released a two-minute video on Twitter and Facebook featuring Mayor-Elect Lightfoot talking with CPAA President, Troy LaRaviere, about the need for adequate staffing.
